Refund & Return Policy

At Masonic Hub, we strive to provide high-quality Masonic regalia and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

✔ Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable
✔ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
✔ A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
✔ Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

• Books with obvious signs of use
• Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
• Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition (unless due to our error)
• Items returned more than 60 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
• Sale items are non-refundable—only regular-priced items qualify for refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
1️⃣ Check your bank account again.
2️⃣ Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is posted.
3️⃣ Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
4️⃣ If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at sales@masonic-hub.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at sales@masonic-hub.com and send your item to:

Gift Returns

🎁 If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once we receive the return. A gift certificate will be emailed to you.

🎁 If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will go to them, and they will be notified of the return.

🔹 Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
🔹 If returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
